The Personal Data Controller for Valuecube S.r.l. (hereafter referred to as “Valuecube”) and the Valuecube website is Giuseppe Montesi with an address for service at the company headquarters, in Strada Statale 73 Levante, 14 53100 Siena (SI), Italy.

Valuecube has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Valuecube may collect personal information as you use the website.

You are under no obligation to provide any information. However, some information is collected automatically, and some kind of these information could be necessary for the correct functioning of the Valuecube website.

Some personal data may be requested in specific functions of the Valuecube website in order to use specific features. 

Personal data written by you

When you upload a Curriculum in the “Career” section of the website we ask your name and surname, email address, street address, telephone, and the curriculum document. None of these data is recorded in the servers of the Valuecube website, they are instead used to send an email to one our specific email address.

The same happens when you write to Valuecube in the “Contact Us” section of the Valuecube website. In this case we ask you only your email address and the message you want to send, you can optionally specify your name and surname, your company and the subject of the message. These data are also used to send an email to one specific email address.

These interactions are therefore equivalent to having sent an email to one of our addresses.

In any case, the data collected in these interactions are not stored in the servers the allow the use of the Valuecube website.

Logged data

As with most Internet-delivered services the servers automatically collect information when you access the Valuecube website, and record it in log files. The log data may include the Internet Protocol (IP) address; the addresses of both the page visited and the previous page; detail of the service used; browser or device type and settings; date and time the services were used; information about the browser or device configuration; language; and cookie data. This log information is retained for up to 12 weeks, after which it is destroyed.

If a functionality of the Valuecube website has an error, we could record information in an error log file.

Analytics

We record analytics using third party services, such as Google Analytics, to enable us to understand how the website is used, identify problems, and to improve the website. Depending on your device or browser privacy settings, those analytics may collect your advertising identifier. The analytics may also record technical data about your device or browser.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to give you a consistent experience as you use the website, and to identify your session. Additionally cookies assist in providing analytics to understand how the service is used in order to make improvements.

When we need to update the privacy policy of Valuecube and of the Valuecube website we may communicate with you by email or phone call to ask for your consent.

We’ll not send you by email or phone unsolicited marketing communications about Valuecube products or services, or partners’ products and services.

Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties who provide services to the website. These service providers will only have access to the information necessary to provide limited functions on our behalf. They are required to keep your information secure.

When you access the website, the service provider will know the IP address, and other browser details, but nothing to match those with you personally.

Aggregated and anonymised Information

Lawful bases include Consent, and Legitimate Interests (including in operating and improving the website, and in keeping the website safe and secure).

Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.

Deletion and Right to be Forgotten

You can ask us to delete all your personal data using the ‘Request Personal Data Deletion’ option on Privacy section of the Valuecube website, that will send an email to Valuecube, or by directly contacting our Privacy Support.

We will recognize the legitimacy of the request on the basis of the real email address of the sender that must coincide with that registered by us as owner of personal data. In cases where this is not possible, please contact privacy@valuecuberesearch.com.The request will be actioned within 30 days. Certain information, such as logs, will be removed after 12 weeks.

Some data will become anonymous or de-identified once your personal data is removed. That data may be kept and used in aggregate to report on the Valuecube website performance.

Right to Access and Port Data

You can inspect your personal data held by Valuecube using the ‘Request personal data’ option on the Privacy section of the Valuecube website, that will send an email to Valuecube, or directly contacting our Privacy Support.

We will recognize the legitimacy of the request on the basis of the real email address of the sender that must coincide with that registered by us as owner of personal data. In cases where this is not possible, please contact the Privacy Support. The request will be made within 30 days.

We will send you an email indicating all of your personal information known to Valuecube.

Right to Change or Correct Data

You can request the modification of your personal data using the ‘Correct your personal data’ option in the Privacy section of the Valuecube website, which will send an email to Valuecube, or by writing directly to the Privacy Support.

We will recognize the legitimacy of the request on the basis of the real email address of the sender that must coincide with that registered by us as owner of personal data. In cases where this is not possible, contact the Privacy support. The request will be made within 30 days.

 Right to Object, Limit or Restrict Use of Data

You can ask us to stop using some or all of your personal data using the ‘Limit the use of your personal data’ option in the Privacy section of the Valuecube website, which will send an email to Valuecube, or by writing directly to the Support for Privacy.

Complaints

In case of complaints, please contact our Privacy Support, or our Personal Data Controller.

The personal data we collect is stored and processed within the European Union (EU), but may occasionally be processed outside. We take all reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of data protection, that only the minimum information is processed outside the EU, that the data is protected and managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy

Valuecube can update this policy from time to time. Regulations and standards change over time or we can make improvements to the Valuecube site or changes to our business that require change. We will post the changes to this page. If we make changes that materially alter your rights, we will provide you with an additional warning.
